We are currently looking to hire multiple Executive Protection Agents to join our team on a Hybrid, Freelance AD-HOC basis, applicants must be UAE based, have their own visa and EID.

 

PRE-REQUISITS

 

  • Must reside in the UAE, on own visa and EID.

  • Fluent in English (additional fluency in another language desirable).

  • Must have an Emirates ID, and UAE Driver’s License.

  • Experience within the Middle East (compulsory) and Africa (desirable).

  • Also experienced within Europe, Americas, and Asia-Pacific (desirable).

  • Must have experience with both the C-Suite (compulsory), and high-profile recording artists and athletes (advantageous).

  • Must hold a formal qualification in Close Protection, for example;

    • BTEC Level 3 in Close Protection (from a reputable provider).

  • FREC 3 or equivalent medical qualification (desirable).

  • Experienced within live events, and production (desirable).

  • 8+ years within the protective security industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION

 

The Executive Protection Agent will safeguard the principal(s) from safety and security hazards, both in domestic and international locations. This job requires a high-level of personal integrity, honesty, confidentiality, sound judgment, problem-solving skills, often under pressure, and the ability to follow complex instructions and deliver required results.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Advance Work

 

  • Conducts site surveys and advance assignments and able to communicate this in a presentable manner.

  • Coordinates logistics and plans all details relating to geography, including movements, ingress, egress, and emergency procedures.

 

Lead Driver

 

  • Operates vehicle in safe and comfortable manner.

  • Prepares routes in advance, including alternate routes.

  • Conducts vehicle checks for cleanliness, functionality, and amenity levels as per client requests.

 

Follow Driver

 

  • Follows principal vehicle and provides security coverage on the road.

  • Identifies threats and intervenes when appropriate and safe to do so.

  • Renders aid in event of accident and other safety hazards.

 

Close Personal Protection

 

  • Provide security coverage for principal(s) in a professional and courteous manner, while in compliance with policies, procedures, and principal/lead agents preferences.

  • Maybe required to operate within the outer cordon, and, or inner cordon as directed by the lead agent where applicable.

 

Liaison

 

  • Coordinates with both internal and external stakeholders at a senior level.

 

Communications

 

  • Communicates appropriately with all stakeholders.

  • Authors reports, delivers oral and written briefings in a professional, non-complex, and concise manner.

 

Physical Security

 

  • Standing on a static post, or patrols as required.

  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the lead agent/client.

 

Supervisory Responsibilities

 

  • Routinely manage contracted vendors.

  • Team Leader responsibilities as and when task(s) deem necessary and as directed.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Education: Formal Close Protection qualification, and a security related qualification (desirable).

  • Experience: 8+ years of protective security experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

  • Domestic and International travel will be required, often at short notice.

  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain international travel documents such as a passport, and other equivalent documents such as visas and vaccinations.

  • Advanced Driving Qualification (desirable).

  • Medical Qualification (desirable).

 

SKILLS

 

  • Ability to always work collaboratively.

  • Must have a valid UAE driver’s license with a clean driving record.

  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Outlook.

  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule form.

  • Ability to read, analyse and interpret client briefs, professional records, technical procedures, and national and governmental regulations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

 

This position will include various tasks, including static and patrol duties, and/or monitor the premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules. They may also operate search and screening equipment.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Circulate among guests and/or employees to preserve safety, order and to protect the venue property.  

  • Monitor and authorize access control, 

  • Author reports of daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.  

  • Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion.

  • Operate detecting devices to screen individuals and prevent passage of prohibited articles into restricted areas.  

  • Partner with fellow crew members at the end of show to close the venue.

  • Warn persons of rule infractions or violations and apprehend or evict violators from event space.

  • Other duties as assigned by management.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • SIRA Security License.

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience required.  

  • Good working knowledge of security operations, safety practices in a business environment and enforcement procedures.

  • Ability to perform duties in a professional manner and appearance; ability to make independent and good judgment decisions within proper policy and procedures.

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy.

Security Drivers are expected to maintain the highest level of professionalism, judgment, and security awareness. This is a client-focused and customer service-oriented position where the driver is expected to assist the client whenever possible while providing safe and secure ground transportation. The position is based within the UAE, so sound knowledge of local road networks and POIs in all Emirates is paramount.

SABRE Risk is looking for GSOC Administrator to handle scheduling, calendars, data management, expense reports, and team coordination and reporting. This position will act as a liaison between the GSOC, SABRE Risk POC’s, and client GSOC’s. This job is well suited to highly organized candidates that are able to multitask and feel comfortable with a variety of responsibilities.

 

PRE-REQUISITS

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS

 

  • Act as a liaison between different teams, client representatives, and upper management.

  • Ensure and provide office support with administrative duties, such as calendar management, scheduling appointments, organize meetings, etc.

  • Maintain and update expense information to ensure the timely submission of the expenses report.

  • Report any security system deficiencies.

  • Maintain detailed records for security related activities.

  • Perform Open-Source Research to identify and report on security risks in employees’ areas of operation.

  • Professionally communicate with company executives and employees with a sense of urgency to facilitate GSOC-related inquiries to the respective teams.

  • In-depth understanding of how cross-functional security teams work with one another in corporate or government environments. 

  • Experience in people and program management. 

  • Strong and effective decision maker with the ability to navigate difficult situations including those involving high-level client leadership or client employees. 

  • Willingness to be on call and available to respond to emergencies on a 24/7 basis. 

  • Previous experience creating high-level security reports from scratch for cross-functional stakeholders, including those outside of the security organization. 

  • Previous experience working alongside Executive Protection, Event, Intelligence and Travel Security teams a plus.
